Uncertainty looms over Black Sea grain deal as last ship leaves Ukraine.

The last ship carrying Ukrainian grain left a port in Ukraine on Wednesday, a day before Russia could quit the Black Sea export deal over obstacles to its grain and fertilizer exports. The United Nations, Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine make up a Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) in Istanbul, which implements the Black Sea export deal. The Black Sea deal was brokered to help tackle a global food crisis that has been aggravated by Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, one of the world's leading grain exporters.
