Mourners lay to rest victims of Uman missile attack.

Funerals were held for the 23 victims, including six children, of a Russian missile attack on the central Ukrainian city of Uman. Meanwhile, fighting in the 14-month-long war claimed more lives elsewhere, with four people killed in a Ukrainian rocket attack in a Russian region bordering Ukraine, and one civilian killed in Russian artillery fire in the Kherson region of Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the expected spring counteroffensive wouldn't wait for the delivery of all promised military equipment, and that he spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron about the weapons supply.
