Multiple Explosions Cause Extensive Damage and Injuries in Kherson and Southern Russia

The number of injured in a Russian strike on Kherson city has risen to three, including two children and a woman. The Prosecutor General's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of laws and customs of war, with priority measures being taken to document the crime committed by the Russian army.
