Palestinian gunfire injures 2 IDF soldiers during Nablus raid.

Two Israeli soldiers were lightly injured by Palestinian gunfire during a counterterrorism operation in Nablus, West Bank. The IDF arrested one wanted Palestinian and seized a makeshift submachine gun in another town. The raid came amid heightened tensions in the region, including rocket attacks from Syria and Lebanon, clashes at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and terror attacks in Israel and the West Bank. At least 89 Palestinians have been killed this year, most of them while carrying out attacks or during clashes with security forces.
