Russian Airstrikes Continue to Devastate Syria's Idlib Province.

Ukraine's counteroffensive against Russian forces is making "steady progress," with Ukrainian forces retaking 130 square kilometers in the south, according to Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar. Meanwhile, Russian authorities have lifted counterterrorism measures in Moscow and some regions following the short-lived mutiny by mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, whose dismissal was one of Prigozhin's demands, has resurfaced in a video purported to show him visiting troops. Prigozhin's whereabouts remain unknown, but he was reportedly to leave Russia for Belarus following mediation by Belarusian leader Alyaksandr Lukashenka. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said the mutiny shows that Moscow committed a strategic mistake by waging war on Ukraine.
