Sudan's Brutal War: No End in Sight After One Month

One month after fighting broke out in Sudan between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces, multiple ceasefires have been announced and broken, with the death toll surpassing 700. Nearly one million people have fled Sudan, and the Central Committee of Sudanese Doctors reports that 39 out of 59 hospitals in Khartoum and nearby provinces are no longer operational. Despite peace talks in Jeddah, the violence continues and there are fears of a humanitarian crisis spiralling out of control.
