Israel-Hamas war: Evaluating the Impact of Israel's Humanitarian Pauses in Gaza

Israel has agreed to four-hour daily humanitarian pauses in northern Gaza, allowing civilians to safely leave for southern Gaza, amid an increasingly dire humanitarian crisis.
