IDF Successfully Dismantles Hamas in Gaza's Jabalya

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have completed the dismantling of Hamas's three battalions of terror forces in the Jabalya area of northern Gaza, killing over 1,000 Hamas forces and arresting 500 terrorists. The IDF has also taken control of two houses connected to Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, which were linked to tunnels and used for terror operations. It is unclear how long the IDF will maintain large forces in Jabalya, but they are expected to continue fighting insurgency for three to nine months. The IDF has destroyed 1,500 Hamas tunnel shafts and is currently destroying 40 structures per day containing booby traps and weapons.
