Fact-check: What the meme gets right and wrong about Alice Weidel
TL;DR
A Snopes assessment of a 2026 meme about AfD leader Alice Weidel confirms elements like her Sri Lankan‑born wife with Swiss citizenship and two adopted sons, and notes that while she argues there’s no contradiction between her personal life and her conservative stance on immigration and traditional families, several personal-details claims (marriage status and exact adoption specifics) could not be independently verified, leaving parts of the meme unrated.
