"U.S. Department of State Champions Accountability for 75th Anniversary of Universal Declaration of Human Rights"

These actions include imposing visa restrictions, designating individuals and entities, and submitting reports to the United Nations. The targeted individuals and entities are from countries such as Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Liberia, People's Republic of China, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. The sanctions aim to address serious human rights abuses, corruption, forced labor, torture, repression, and other violations.
