The attacks were found to be more widespread than initially thought, occurring at various locations across southern Israel. The report, submitted to the United Nations, detailed instances of sexual and gender-based violence at a music festival, communities near the Gaza border, Israeli military bases, and places where hostages were held in Gaza. The association's executive director stated that the purpose of the report was to document the organized and directed nature of the sexual violence, indicating it was orchestrated by Hamas.
