Russia and Ukraine Continue to Clash in Ongoing Conflict.

The Wagner Group and Russian military are in a fresh row over claims of Ukrainian casualties in the Donbas. Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin dismissed Russia's claims of heavy losses on Ukraine as "wild and absurd science fiction". However, Russia's defence ministry doubled down on the claims, saying Ukraine suffered over 3,700 casualties. Ukrainian officials have admitted to shifting to "offensive actions" in some parts of the country, including around the eastern city of Bakhmut, which has been at the heart of fierce fighting.
