Russia intensifies attacks on Ukraine with air raids and drone strikes

Russia has resumed air attacks on the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, with more than 40 missiles and drones shot down early Monday. This marks the 15th attack on the city this month. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated his "dear friend" Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his reelection, while Russian troops struck a military target in the western Ukrainian city of Khmelnytskyi. The Kremlin also placed U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham on a wanted list after he was criticized for comments made in an edited video clip released by the Ukrainian presidency.
