A Russian missile strike hit the city of Kramatorsk in Ukraine, killing at least one person and injuring three others. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attack and accused Russia of fighting against the civilian population. Meanwhile, Russia has pointed to Ukraine's refusal to engage in peace talks and has only a military path in Ukraine.
