CIA's New Video Mocked by Kremlin in Recruitment Bid

Kremlin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov mocked the CIA's attempt to recruit Russian spies with a video, suggesting it should have been posted on the popular Russian site VKontakte instead of Twitter. The video targets Russian intelligence employees disillusioned with corruption and poor military conditions, featuring a fictional character working for Russia's military intelligence agency. Peskov noted that the CIA posts such recruitment videos annually, according to state media TASS.
