EU's Borrell Affirms Permanent Support for Ukraine, Increases Military Aid

The European Union's support for Ukraine is permanent and structured, not dependent on the daily battlefield advances. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, emphasized that the EU is facing an existential threat and praised the courage of Ukrainian soldiers fighting against impressive Russian defense fortifications. Borrell called for providing Ukraine with better arms and quicker support to enhance their success in the counteroffensive.
