German Foreign Minister Rejects Negotiations with Putin

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has stated that negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin are not possible due to his aggressive actions in Ukraine. She expressed uncertainty about the duration of the war and the future of the Putin regime. Germany has prepared a new military aid package for Ukraine, including air defense equipment, infantry fighting vehicles, ammunition, and drones worth EUR 600 million. Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced an agreement to supply additional Patriot launchers and missiles to Ukraine. Germany has provided significant support to Ukraine, with arms supplies expected to reach EUR 17 billion by 2027.
