"International Criminal Court and Putin's Actions Spark Controversy and Threats"

Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, threatened to fire a hypersonic missile at the International Criminal Court (ICC) after the organization issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. The ICC accused Putin of war crimes related to the deportation of children from Ukraine to Russia. Medvedev called the court "a pathetic international organization" and warned the judges to "watch the skies closely." The U.S. and China also do not recognize the ICC's authority.
