"King Abdullah Urges Global Condemnation of Forced Palestinian Expulsion"

Jordan's King Abdullah has called on the international community to condemn any attempt by Israel to forcibly displace Palestinians within Gaza or outside its borders. He emphasized the need for an immediate ceasefire and warned of a dangerous deterioration in the situation. King Abdullah also discussed the importance of increasing efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to the embattled civilians in Gaza. He has been urging Western leaders to pressure Israel to allow an uninterrupted flow of aid and open crossings for sufficient levels of assistance. The king warned that any attempt to forcibly push Palestinians from their land could have dangerous consequences and potentially lead to a suspension of Jordan's peace treaty with Israel.
