Kosovo and Serbia Collaborate to Locate Missing War Victims

Serbia and Kosovo have agreed to work together to locate and identify hundreds of people still missing from the 1998-99 war. The EU has led efforts to normalize ties between Serbia and Kosovo, which declared its independence in 2008. Most Western countries have recognized Kosovo, but Serbia has not. The agreement on the missing persons was reached during talks in Brussels on Tuesday.
