Kremlin supports China's Taiwan exercises, rejects French mediation in Ukraine.

The Kremlin has stated that China has the right to conduct military exercises around Taiwan in response to what it calls repeated provocations against it. The Kremlin also suggested that France, which recently visited China for talks, could not broker peace in Ukraine as it is involved in the conflict on the side of Ukraine.
