Over 200 troops exchanged in prisoner swap between Ukraine and Russia.

Ukraine and Russia have exchanged over 200 soldiers in a prisoner swap, with Russia releasing 106 Ukrainian soldiers and Ukraine releasing 100 Russian soldiers. Some of the Ukrainian soldiers have severe injuries and illnesses, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s chief of staff. The exchange represents one of the few areas of cooperation between the two countries since the war began in February 2022. Meanwhile, at least six civilians were wounded in the latest Russian shelling, and Ukraine has nearly seven million internally displaced people, including about one million children.
