Russia Discovers Explosives Traces on Foreign Grain Ship

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has blocked a foreign cargo ship from entering Russian waters, accusing it of supplying Ukraine with explosives. The ship, traveling from Turkey to Russia's port of Rostov-on-Don, was banned from crossing the Kerch Strait and ordered to leave. The FSB found traces of explosives and signs of third-party interference on the ship, suggesting the possibility of using a civilian vessel to deliver explosives to Ukraine. The ship's country of origin and its destination after being turned away were not disclosed. Russia has been inspecting other ships in the area to prevent terrorist and sabotage activities, following its withdrawal from a grain export deal with Ukraine.
