Russia threatens to arm North Korea in response to South Korea's actions in Ukraine.

Russia has threatened to supply North Korea with "latest weapons" in response to South Korea considering providing military support to Ukraine in the event of a significant civilian attack. South Korea has so far refrained from providing military assistance to Ukraine, but President Yoon Suk-yeol recently stated that it might be difficult to insist only on humanitarian or financial support in case of a large-scale attack on civilians. Russia has maintained decent relations with North Korea, which have only been strengthened after the invasion of Ukraine.
