The two leaders adopted an action plan to implement a comprehensive strategic partnership, including areas such as security, diplomacy, and the economy. South Korea pledged to expand loans being offered to Hanoi to assist Vietnam's sustainable growth, and the two countries agreed to allow their citizens to drive in both countries with international driving permits for up to one year.
