Former Russian deputy prime minister, Dmitry Rogozin, said in a video that the only way for Russian President Vladimir Putin's forces to defeat Ukraine's expected counteroffensive is by using tactical nuclear weapons. Rogozin also admitted that Ukraine has an advantage over Russia in terms of its military and weapons. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that his forces will "soon" conduct a counteroffensive. Speculation has been building in recent weeks about when Ukraine will launch the much-anticipated counteroffensive against Putin's military.
