Ukraine's Counteroffensive Gains Ground Against Russia

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian has expressed frustration over Azerbaijan's lack of commitment to three principles for achieving peace in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Pashinian stated that the two sides are still speaking different diplomatic languages and accused Azerbaijani officials of leaving open the possibility of renewed military aggression against Armenia. Despite the agreement on basic principles for peace, Baku's refusal to acknowledge the agreement deepens the atmosphere of mistrust. Pashinian's comments came after Baku declined to participate in normalization talks with Yerevan and accused the US of biased remarks. Armenian parliament speaker Alen Simonian expressed hope for establishing peace and normalizing relations with Turkey. The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly also emphasized the importance of maintaining momentum in the peace process and reaching a full settlement.
