Ukraine's Stance on UN Anti-Israel Decisions Raises Concerns for Israeli Ambassador

Brodsky emphasized the importance of reciprocal support between friendly nations and expressed disappointment in Ukraine's voting patterns. He highlighted Israel's consistent support for Ukraine in the UN, including co-writing resolutions against Russia. However, Brodsky acknowledged that Israel sometimes prioritizes its security concerns when deciding not to support Ukraine on certain issues. He mentioned that Israel has provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine and is in the process of supplying an early warning system, but has refrained from sending weapons due to sensitivities with Russia. Brodsky also emphasized Israel's sympathy for Ukraine's plight and condemned any manifestations of antisemitism.
