Ukraine's atomic energy company, Energoatom, warns that Russia's plan to relocate over 3,000 Ukrainian staff from the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhzhia will leave Europe's largest nuclear plant with a "catastrophic lack of qualified personnel." Even those Ukrainian workers forced to sign "shameful" contracts are being evacuated, making the plant unsafe even though it is currently not operating. Meanwhile, Russian-appointed officials are shutting down schools and preparing buses for the evacuation of up to 70,000 civilians from the region. The governor of Russia's Voronezh region bordering Ukraine said two Ukrainian drones attacked a military training ground in his region overnight.
