North Korea Unveils 'Tactical Nuclear Attack Submarine'

North Korea has claimed to have launched a new "tactical nuclear attack submarine" capable of both preemptive and retaliatory strikes. The country's leader, Kim Jong Un, described the submarine as part of a low-cost ultra-modernization strategy.
