Rare and creepy blood-sucking fish found on Dutch beach.

A sea lamprey, an ancient parasitic fish that latches onto other fish and sucks their blood, washed ashore on a beach in Texel, Netherlands. The sea lamprey was nearly 3 feet long and is not often found in the Netherlands. Sea lampreys are known to migrate to freshwater from the sea during spring to spawn.
