Russian defector exposes Putin's paranoid and criminal regime.

Gleb Karakulov, a former officer with President Putin's elite security unit, has defected and called Putin a paranoid "war criminal" who has lost his grip on reality. Karakulov said he fled his homeland in October due to his objections to the war in Ukraine. He added that Putin had become increasingly paranoid about his personal security and used a train that cannot be easily tracked to get around. The Kremlin has not yet commented on Karakulov's claims.
