South Korean President pledges increased non-lethal aid to Ukraine

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has pledged to expand non-lethal aid to Ukraine, including equipment for detecting and removing mines and ambulance vehicles, during a meeting with Ukraine's first lady, Olena Zelenska. Yoon also condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine and vowed to coordinate with NATO and other international partners to support the Ukrainian people. South Korea has not directly provided arms to Ukraine, citing a long-standing policy of not supplying weapons to countries actively engaged in conflict.
