Two French citizens released from Iranian prison.

Two French citizens, Bernard Phelan and Benjamin Briere, have been released from prison in Iran after being detained on charges of alleged spying. The French President, Emmanuel Macron, has stated that efforts will continue to secure the release of other French nationals still detained in Iran. The Iranian foreign ministry has described the release as a "humanitarian action". Four more French citizens remain imprisoned in Iran, which has strained diplomatic ties between the two countries.
