Zelensky: Russia's bosses lack control

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in a video address that the world witnessed Russia's top leaders have no control over their own country, as several of their million-plus cities were lost in one day. Zelensky urged the world not to remain silent and to provide all necessary weapons for defense. He also emphasized the need for real decisions at the NATO summit in Vilnius in July and stated that Ukraine will defend its country and freedom.
