Wisconsin bishop urges Catholics to skip Waunakee chapel linked to excommunicated SSPX bishops

Madison-based Bishop Donald J. Hying told Catholics to avoid Mass at St. Therese Chapel in Waunakee and other SSPX chapels after four priests were illicitly appointed as bishops without papal approval; the SSPX remains outside full communion with the Catholic Church, and a decree from Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez says the involved bishops and those consecrated were immediately excommunicated for schismatic acts.
