ISRO's Successful Launch of Seven Satellites on PSLV Rocket

India successfully launched seven Singaporean satellites into low Earth orbit using its PSLV rocket. This marks India's sixth successful orbital launch of the year and comes two weeks after the launch of the Indian lunar lander Chandrayaan-3. The primary payload was a remote-sensing satellite named DS-SAR, developed in partnership with Singapore. The launch was conducted by ISRO under a contract with New Space India Limited. Meanwhile, Chandrayaan-3 is en route to attempt a soft landing near the lunar south pole in late August, which would make India the fourth country to achieve a lunar landing.
