Russian Film Studio Donates Soviet-Era Tanks to Military
TL;DR
Russia's largest film studio, Mosfilm, has donated 36 Soviet-era tanks to the Russian military, including 28 T-55 tanks and eight PT-76 tanks, to help compensate for losses in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. These tanks, originally used as movie props, are outdated but have been repurposed for military use as Russia faces a shortage of armored vehicles. The donation highlights the strain on Russia's military resources, as it has lost thousands of armored vehicles since the war began.
