Georgia lands top-tier 2027 RB Kemon Spell
Georgia secured a commitment from the Rivals No. 1 running back in the 2027 class, Kemon Spell, choosing the Bulldogs over Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, Miami, Michigan and USC after a weekend visit to Athens. The 5-foot-10, 210-pound back becomes Georgia’s sixth commitment in the 2027 cycle and is a former Penn State pledge who exploded on the high school scene with dominant rushing and all-purpose yardage. Scouting notes praise Spell’s combination of power, elusiveness, breakaway speed and versatility, suggesting he could make an immediate impact in Kirby Smart’s program.
