Five-Star Guard NaVorro Bowman Jr. Picks UConn for 2027 Class
Five-star combo guard NaVorro Bowman Jr., son of former NFL star NaVorro Bowman, committed to UConn for the 2027 class, becoming the highest-ranked recruit so far in 247Sports' composite at No. 11. Evaluators praised his downhill burst, pull-up shooting range, ball-handling, and playmaking, noting he can be a volume scorer and a strong two-way contributor; Bowman showcased his talents for the U.S. at the FIBA U17 World Cup, helping the team to gold as the U.S. extended its streak. The commitment gives coach Dan Hurley a key piece to build toward 2027.
