National Mall to host free Great American State Fair concerts, featuring Flo Rida and The Commodores
The Great American State Fair comes to the National Mall from June 25 to July 10 with free, ticketed concerts headlined by Martina McBride and a 1990s night featuring C+C Music Factory, Vanilla Ice, Milli Vanilli and Young MC, followed by The Commodores (June 27), Flo Rida (July 2) and Bret Michaels (July 3); military ensembles will also perform. Registration is required for each show, and more acts will be announced. The event is organized by Freedom 250 to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.
