Apple is reportedly testing an AI-powered ads platform with select partners, using the tool to improve advertiser campaign performance for App Store Search Ads. While Apple currently has a limited collection of ad types, the technology could potentially be used to expand ad-supported services and placements in the future, including other apps on the phone. Although plans to expand the advertising business to other system apps and storefronts like Apple Maps, Books, and Podcasts were reported a couple of years ago, nothing has been officially announced as of today.
