Adam Mondschein, who played the OB-GYN in It Ends With Us, claims Blake Lively was the 'most powerful person in the room' during the birthing scene and inserted herself into every creative decision; he says she wasn’t nearly nude and that she wore a prosthetic, a gown, and shorts while delivering a live baby off-screen. Lively’s lawsuits against Justin Baldoni allege disturbing on-set conduct including a 'violative' birth scene; Mondschein previously defended Baldoni. Lively and Baldoni settled their court battle on May 4, 2026.
