Sonos Ace Ultra Turns Headphones Into a True Sonos System Member
Sonos’s Ace Ultra upgrades its headphones with a 35‑hour, user‑replaceable battery, Headphone Engine 2, and adaptive ANC, plus new features that let the cans join a Sonos system via Wi‑Fi through headphone linking and transfer audio from speakers or TVs with TV Audio Swap. It also adds more EQ options and improved call quality, though it remains pricey at $449 and can show occasional TV audio hiccups and app‑related quirks. Overall, it finally makes the Ace feel like a true part of the Sonos ecosystem and a strong private‑theater companion.
