Former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan met his wife Bushra Bibi and sister Noreen Niazi at Adiala Jail for the first time in roughly nine months, shortly after the Supreme Court ordered his transfer from jail to Shifa International Hospital for treatment. The 15-minute visit with his sister and 30–35 minutes with Bushra Bibi followed a court directive that Khan be moved to a hospital within 48 hours and kept there until Sept. 16, a move his government says it will challenge as it weighs his health and legal cases.
