A British adventurer, Claire Lomas, was filmed for Apple’s Vision Pro immersive video series Adventure during a July 2024 Jordan desert flight when a crash on the plane killed her; the camera was mounted on the aircraft and the production faced safety concerns over long hours and harsh conditions. Apple and Atlantic Studios continued the project, releasing five Adventure episodes, including a Colorado shoot, but no new episodes have been published since last year.

The K1D offers 60 minutes of ride time after a 45-minute charge and can reach speeds of up to 16+ mph. The Adventure Series e-bikes start at $2,695 in the US and €3,599 in tax-inclusive Europe, while the K1D is available for pre-order at $1,295 for delivery in early June.
