
Ukraine Seizes 26 Villages Across Three Regions in Air Assault Push
President Zelensky said Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces liberated 26 settlements across the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions, covering about 745 sq km since January. The operation, directed by Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapaty and Maj. Gen. Oleh Apostol, involved coordinated ground maneuver, intelligence, and fire support, with Russian losses cited at around 9,550 killed and 6,600 wounded amid ongoing heavy fighting.
