Howard and Goldsman Revive 'Robopocalypse' as TV Series After Decade-Long Film Stalls
Imagine Entertainment and Weed Road are developing a television series based on Daniel H. Wilson’s 2011 novel 'Robopocalypse.' Ron Howard will direct the pilot, while Akiva Goldsman will serve as showrunner and writer. Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment is set to executive produce the project, which previously stalled as a film for over a decade. No network or streamer has yet been attached to the series.
