Alexandra Metz (The Pitt) joins ABC's Will Trent for Season 5 as Birdie Palmer, the newly appointed Deputy Director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, taking over after Amanda Wagner's death in Season 4; the cast includes Ramón Rodríguez, Erika Christensen, Iantha Richardson, Jake McLaughlin, and Kevin Daniels, with production for a 2027 ABC premiere.
