The Washington Post has announced its 2023 All-Met team for boys' lacrosse, with Nate Kabiri of Georgetown Prep named Player of the Year. The team includes top players from schools across the region, including St. John's, Broadneck, and Episcopal. Jeff McGuire of Broadneck was named Coach of the Year after leading his team to a perfect 20-0 season and a state championship.

Rich Hayden of Paul VI was named Coach of the Year.
